Today, skies will be mostly sunny. Winds will be light and variable, E to NW at 5 to 10 mph. The seas will be 1 to 4 feet. Scattered isolated, showers are possible today.

The cold front in the Gulf of Mexico will reach the Yucatan by tonight and continue moving south.

On Friday, it will be reinforced by another cold front. It is forecast to reach here by Saturday. It will begin to dissipate on Sunday. Still another cold front will push into the waters off the Texas coast on Sunday.
Our weather continues to be dominated by these frontal systems.

The air temperatures will be in the low 70s (F) to the low 80s or 24 to 25 (C).

At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 77F or 25C .
