Skies will be  partly sunny. Winds will be moderate and easterly in direction at 5 mph to 20 mph or less. Seas will be  calm to moderate at 1 ft. to 4 ft or less. The air temperatures will range from the low 70sºF to the mid 80s ºF or 22°C to 24ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 79°F to 81°F or 26ºC to 27ºC.



 





The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th.
2. Gulf of Mexico - Strong high pressure NE of region will remain centered E of the Gulf through the middle of next week. A weak cold front will move E along the NW Gulf coast through tonight. A thermal trough will move W across the Bay of Campeche, Mexico each night and dissipate by late morning.
3. Caribbean Sea - Large N swell will propagate through tropical N Atlantic waters and NE Caribbean Passages through Sun afternoon. A trough supporting showers and tstms from the Mona Passage to Aruba will slowly dissipate through Sun. Low pressure developing N of the Caribbean near 21N68W will maintain a light wind regime across the Caribbean through early next week.
3a. An upper level trough passes through 32N77W to a 26N75W cyclonic circulation center, to Hispaniola, and then eventually to SE Nicaragua. A surface trough is along 25N64W, to a 1012 mb low pressure center that is near 21N68W. The surface trough continues from the 1012 mb low pressure center, through the Mona Passage, to 15N70W. Convective precipitation: Broken to overcast multilayered clouds and possible rain showers cover the Atlantic Ocean from 18N to 29N between 54W and 70W. The dividing line of wind flow regimes is the 32N77W-to-SE Nicaragua upper level trough. Upper level SW wind flow covers everywhere that is to the east of the trough. Upper level NW wind flow is to the NW of the trough. Rain showers are comparatively more possible to the east of the trough, more precisely to the east of the line from the Mona Passage to 14N74W and 09N78W. Rain showers also are possible from 15N northward from 76W westward. The 24-hour rainfall total in inches for the period ending at 26/0000 UTC...according to the PAN AMERICAN TEMPERATURE AND PRECIPITATION TABLES...MIATPTPAN/SXCA01 KNHC...is 0.05 in Guadeloupe.
