Skies will be partly cloudy today. Winds will be moderate to strong and easterly in direction at 10 mph to 25 mph. Seas will be moderate to rough at 2 ft. to 4 ft. Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives. The air temperatures will range from the mid 70sºF to the mid 80s ºF or 22°C to 24ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 79°F to 81°F or 26ºC to 27ºC.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th.
2. Gulf of Mexico - A stationary front from N Florida to S Texas will drift N through Thu. Another cold front will move through the NE Gulf Fri night. A third and stronger front may enter the NW Gulf Sun. A trough will develop each afternoon over the Yucatan Peninsula and move W across the SW Gulf late each night into early morning accompanied by a fresh to strong NE to E wind shift through Fri evening.
3. Caribbean Sea - High pressure N of the area will maintain fresh to strong trade winds across the region into late week. Gales will pulse off the coast of Colombia during the overnight hours through Fri morning.
3a. Upper level anticyclonic wind flow covers the area that is from Nicaragua eastward. Middle level-to-upper level NW wind flow covers the area that is from 80W eastward. Middle level-to-upper level anticyclonic wind flow covers the area that is from Jamaica northward from Hispaniola westward. NE wind flow from 600 mb to 800 mb is from 70W eastward. NE-to-E wind flow from 600 mb to 800 mb is from Jamaica southward from 70W westward. Rain showers are possible, in areas of broken low level clouds, across much of the area, including moving across parts of Central America from Honduras southward, except from 13N southward from 80W eastward, and from 84W westward. The 24-hour rainfall amounts, for the period ending at 09/0000 UTC...according to the PAN AMERICAN TEMPERATURE AND PRECIPITATION TABLES...MIATPTPAN/SXCA01 KNHC...are: 0.35 in Guadeloupe.
