Skies will be partly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be choppy to rough at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will range in strength from a moderate breeze during the day to a strong breeze this evening. They will be ESE to ENE at 15 to 30 mph. Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives.
The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 26ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82 to 83ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
TD 9, is now TS Isaac. At 5 am EDT, it was located near 15.5N 57.3W moving W at 18 mph. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt., with gusts to 40 kt. Minimum central pressure was 1003 mb. This general motion is expected to continue for the next couple of days on the forecast track. The center of Isaac should move through the Leeward Islands this evening and move over the northeastern Caribbean Sea on Thursday.
Strengthening is forecast during the next 48 hours...and Isaac could become a hurricane by Thursday.
This morning, it was about 1900 miles E of  Roatan. The approximate Closest Point of Approach (CPA) is located near 23.4N, 78.6W or about 700.3 miles (1127.1 km) from Roatan. The estimated time of when the center of the storm will be at that location is in about 4 days, 10 hours and 3 minutes from now (Sunday, August 26 at 5:24PM AST).
Invest 96L, is about 3500 miles E by South of Roatan at 11.5N, 34.5W. It is traveling WNW at 15 mph. Maximum sustained winds are 25 mph and bp is 1009 mb. The NHC now gives this system a 90% chance of becoming a tropical depression in the next 48 hours.
All interests in the Bay Islands and on the North Coast of Honduras should monitor these systems as they track west towards us and strengthen.
