Skies will be mostly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be choppy to rough at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will range in strength from a moderate breeze during the day to a strong breeze this evening. They will be ESE to ENE at 10 to 25 mph. Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives.
The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 26ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82 to 83ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
Hurricane Helene has degenerated into a broad area of low pressure.
Hurricane  Gordon is headed for the eastern Azores and is expected to deteriorate later today
Invest 94L, is about 3400 miles E by South of Roatan at 14.4N, 34.8W. It is traveling slightly N of W at 20 to 25 mph. Maximum sustained winds are 30 mph and bp is 1009 mb. The NHC now gives this system a 60% chance of becoming a tropical depression in the next 48 hours. Conditions remain conducive for further development.
All interests in the Bay Islands and on the North Coast of Honduras should begin to monitor this system as it tracks west and strengthens.
Else where, tropical storm formation is not expected today.
