Skies will be mostly sunny. Winds will be light and mostly easterly in direction at 10 mph or less. Seas will be moderate to calm at 1ft. to 3ft. The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 27ºC.

For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
Tropical cyclone formation is not expected for the next 48 hours.
1. Gulf of Mexico - A weak cold front in the NE Gulf will reach the Straits of Florida tonight before dissipating on Sun. Strong high pressure building behind the front will support fresh to strong E winds E of 87W Sun night through Tue before diminishing on Wed. Troughing along the Texas and Louisiana coasts will develop Mon night and then develop into a low pressure by Wed.
2. Caribbean Sea - Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected E of a surface trough extending from Hispaniola to northern Colombia today. Weak high pressure N of the area will contribute generally gentle to moderate trade winds through Mon. High pressure building N of the area will support fresh to strong NE winds over the N central Caribbean Mon night through Wed night.
3. ...The Rest of the Caribbean Sea...
3a. Upper level SW and W wind flow covers much of the area that is from 17N southward from 83W eastward. The wind flow is moving from Central America and South America toward the E and NE. 24-HOUR rainfall total in inches for the period ending at 05/0000 UTC...according to the Pan American temperature and precipitation tables...MIATPTPAN/SXCA01 KNHC...are 0.17 in Curacao, 0.13 in Guadeloupe, and 0.04 in Tegucigalpa in Honduras.
