Again today, skies will be mostly cloudy. Winds will be westerly in direction during the day at 5 to 10 mph or less. Seas will be moderate moderate at 1 to 4 feet. This afternoon and evening winds will be northerly
Tonight and tomorrow, there is a chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially during the early morning, late night hours.
This morning, a weakening, stationary cold front reaches from south central Florida to the central Bay of Campeche, Mexico. It will start to move S today through Friday. The next cold front is expected to enter the Gulf of Mexico on Saturday and reach the Bay of Campeche Sunday and Monday. Strong northerly winds are expected behind both of these fronts.
The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (ºF) to the mid 80s (ºF) or 24ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 25ºC to 26ºC. Visibility is 20 to 80 ft.

The SAL (Saharan Air Layer) has changed in area and in density. See Figs. 9 and 9a below.
