will be partly sunny.

will be moderate to calm at 1 to 3 feet.
Winds will be ESE to E in direction, this morning, at 5 to 10 mph or
less; increasing this afternoon and evening to 15 to 20 mph. In the
afternoon, winds will be E to ENE in direction.
There is a chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Expect these weather conditions through Tuesday.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82°F to 84ºF or 27ºC to 28ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The broad area of low pressure, 96L, associated with a tropical wave
is now over water, off western Africa. Environmental conditions
appear less conducive for development. The system has a zero percent
chance...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.
Shower activity associated with a tropical wave, 97L located just
east of Martinique has become better organized. Winds have
strengthened to near gale force. This system has a low chance...20
percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48
hours...and a low chance...30 percent...of becoming a tropical
cyclone during the next 5 days. This system is 1880 miles E by S of
Roatan. This morning it was centered at 14.0N, 58.3W and moving west. See Figs. 11, 11a, and 11b.
All interests here should
monitor these systems for further development, especially 97L.
The SAL, has increased slightly in area and density. See Figs. 9
