will be moderate to choppy at 2 to 4 feet.
Winds will be ESE in direction, this morning, at 10 mph or less;
increasing to 15 to 20 mph from the ENE this afternoon and evening.
Expect moderate trade winds and seas through most of next week. A
broad area of low pressure is forecast to develop across the SW
Caribbean over the weekend. It is expected to then drift
toward the NW Caribbean through Wednesday. This system has a 20
percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 5 days.
Interests here should monitor this system for further development.The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 84°F to 86ºF or 28ºC to 29ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
A large area of cloudiness and showers located over the tropical Atlantic about 800 miles east of the Lesser Antilles is associated with a tropical wave interacting with an upper-level low. This system has a medium chance...40 percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours. After that time...conditions will be only marginally conducive for further development...and this system also has a medium chance...50 percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 5 days.
The SAL, has increased slightly in density and area in the last 24 hours. See Figs. 9 and 9a.
