Again, today, skies will be partly sunny. Seas will be choppy at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be ESE in direction, this morning, at 8 to 12 mph ; increasing this afternoon and evening to 10 to 15 mph. In the afternoon, winds will be ENE in direction.
There is a very slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82°F to 84ºF or 27ºC to 28ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
Invest 97L has intensified and is now Tropical Storm Gabrielle. It is near 17.5N 66.9W or about 1300 miles N by E of Roatan. It is moving NW or 320 deg at 07 kt., with maximum sustained winds of 35 kt., gusting to 45 kt.. Gabrielle is forecast to move to near 18.5N 67.7W this afternoon, with associated conditions shifting N of the Caribbean tonight. A tropical wave along 79W will continue through the W Caribbean tonight and move W of the area late Friday. A second tropical wave over the E Caribbean will continue W reaching the Central Caribbean on Saturday and Sunday...and continue through the W Caribbean on Monday and Tuesday.
The SAL, has again decreased markedly in area and density. See Figs. 9 and 9a.
