will be partly sunny.
Seas
will be moderate to calm at 1 to 3 feet.
Winds will be light and variable in direction, this morning, at 5 to
10 mph or less; increasing this afternoon and evening to 10 to 15
mph. In the afternoon, winds will be NNW to ENE in direction.
There is a chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms. Expect winds and seas to strengthen slightly beginning tomorrow.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82°F to 84ºF or 27ºC to 28ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

A broad tropical wave along 62W will move W reaching along 72W on Thursday...then gradually weaken as it reaches along 77W on Friday...and along 81W on Saturday. A second tropical wave will pass 55W this morning...enter the eastern Caribbean on Wednesday...then gradually weaken as it continues through the central Caribbean on Thursday and Friday and through the W Caribbean on Saturday.
Shower activity associated with a tropical wave, 97L remains
disorganized. This system has a low chance...20 percent...of becoming
a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours...and a 50 percent
chance...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 5 days. This
system is located about 1600 miles E by S of Roatan. This morning it
was centered at 14.7N, 61.3W. It is moving westward slowly.
A new tropical wave, 98L, with an associated area of low pressure, is
located near the west coast of Africa...several hundred miles
southeast of the Cape Verde Islands. Environmental conditions are
expected to be marginally favorable for development over the next few
days. This system has a low chance...10 percent...of becoming a
tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours...and a low chance...20
percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 5 days.
All interests here should
monitor these systems for further development, especially 97L.
The SAL, has again increased in area and density. See Figs. 9 and
