Winds will be ESE in direction, this morning, at 10 mph or less;
increasing to 15 to 20 mph from the east this afternoon and evening.
Expect moderate trade winds and seas through most of next week. A
broad area of low pressure is forecast to develop across the SW
Caribbean over the weekend.The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 84°F to 86ºF or 28ºC to 29ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

A large area of cloudiness and showers located over the tropical Atlantic about 1000 miles east of the Lesser Antilles is associated with a tropical wave interacting with an upper-level low. This system has a low chance...10 percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours. After that time...conditions will be only marginally conducive for development...and this system also has a low chance...20 percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 5 days.
The SAL, has changed slightly in density and area in the last 24 hours. See Figs. 9 and 9a.
