Again, today, skies will be partly sunny. Seas will be calm to moderate at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be ESE in direction, this morning, at 5 mph or less; increasing this afternoon and evening to 10 mph to 15 mph from the ENE. Gentle to moderate winds are now forecast through most of next week.
There is a slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 84°F to 86ºF or 28ºC to 29ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
TD Ten is now TS Ingrid. It is in the Gulf of Mexico, moving N-NW and expected to strengthen later today.
Humberto is now a tropical storm in the eastern tropical Atlantic. It is forecast to become a post tropical system later today.
The SAL, has increased slightly in density and area, especially the northern portion. See Figs. 9 and 9a.
