Skies will be mostly sunny. Winds will be mostly easterly in direction at 15 mph or less. Seas will be moderate to calm at 1 ft. to 3ft. Or less. The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 76°F to 78°F or 24ºC to 25ºC.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th.
2. Gulf of Mexico - A cold front extending from the Florida Big Bend to the Bay of Campeche, Mexico will race SE through the Straits of Florida around sunset today. An area of strong gale force winds across the W central Gulf waters will shift SE to across the far SW Gulf waters this evening...and diminish below gale force late tonight. Frequent gusts to gale force are expected elsewhere across the northern Gulf waters today. Winds and seas will gradually diminish and subside from the NW beginning this evening with a fresh e breeze diminishing across the Straits of Florida on Tue night. A fresh nocturnal breeze is forecast across the NW Gulf beginning Tue night.
3. Caribbean Sea - Strong nocturnal winds are expected off the NW coast of Colombia through Wed night. Strong to near gale force winds and building seas will follow a cold front moving into the NW Caribbean this evening. The front will reach from the Windward Passage to Honduras on Sun evening and stall and weaken from the Dominican Republic to NE Nicaragua on Mon night through Wed.
3a. High pressure over the central Atlantic and low pressure over Colombia support moderate to fresh trades over the majority of the Caribbean, with strong winds over the south central Caribbean near the coast of Colombia. Scattered showers are over Panama and Costa Rica. Radar imagery also shows showers N of Puerto Rico. In the upper levels, a ridge is over the E Caribbean. Upper level moisture is over the S Caribbean S of 15N, while strong subsidence is over the N Caribbean. Expect a strong cold front to enter the NW Caribbean this evening with convection. Strong northerly winds will also accompany the front.

I read your blog, Its really awesome, I have also a blog which is related with you, which is about scatterometry.
There are two types one is a thick brown or black tar-like material used for waterproofing places like the inside of gutters; the other is an emulsion and is used for concrete or roofs.
The inert materials reduce erosion of paint film by the weather and till fine cracks.
