Skies will be partly sunny. Winds will be easterly in direction at 25 mph or less. Seas will be calm to moderate at 1 ft. to 4 ft.. The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 78°F to 80°F or 25ºC to 26ºC.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th.
2. Gulf of Mexico - Fresh to strong southerly return flow will prevail in the NW Gulf through Sat night ahead of a cold front that will move into the NW Gulf early Sun. The cold front will reach from the Florida Panhandle to the SW Gulf Sun night and stall from central Florida to the Bay of Campeche, Mexico Mon night. Gale conditions are likely over the western waters behind the front Sun through Mon.
3. Caribbean Sea - High pressure building N of the area will increase winds and seas over forecast waters this weekend. Winds will approach gale force near the coast of Colombia Sun night through early Mon.
3a. Low pressure embedded in the monsoon trough south of Panama supports scattered to isolated showers and thunderstorms across the southwest Caribbean west of 77W, including Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and E Honduras. Strong high pressure emerging from the United States over the western Atlantic waters along with local geography over Colombia supports fresh to strong NE to E winds from 11N to 13N between 73W and 78W. This area of winds will amplify and expand northward and across the southwest and eastern Caribbean today through Sunday as the strong ridge continues to move east over the western Atlantic waters. Gentle to moderate NE to E flow continues to cover the NW Caribbean waters.
2. Gulf of Mexico - Fresh to strong southerly return flow will prevail in the NW Gulf through Sat night ahead of a cold front that will move into the NW Gulf early Sun. The cold front will reach from the Florida Panhandle to the SW Gulf Sun night and stall from central Florida to the Bay of Campeche, Mexico Mon night.
