Skies will be mostly sunny. Winds will be easterly in direction at 25 mph or less.  Seas will be moderate to rough at 2 ft. to 4ft. or higher. Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives. The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 78°F to 80°F or 25ºC to 26ºC.





The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th.
2. Gulf of Mexico - A stationary front from the Big Bend of Florida to the Bay of Campeche, Mexico will gradually dissipate through Wed. Gale conditions will prevail S of 25N W of the front through Tue. A cold front moving into the NW Gulf Thu will reach from northern Florida Panhandle to Tuxpan, Mexico Thu night and from southern Florida to the Bay of Campeche, Mexico Fri night. Gale force winds are possible W of the front Thu night.
3. Caribbean Sea - High pres N of the area will maintain fresh to strong winds over the forecast waters through Tue...with winds reaching gale force near the coast of Colombia through early Tue. Winds and seas will diminish Wed through Fri as the high shifts eastward.
3a. The pressure gradient between high pressure building north of the Caribbean and lower pressures over Colombia are supporting Gale force winds over portions of the south-central Caribbean. Please refer to the special features section for more details. Fresh to strong trades cover the remainder of the central and eastern Caribbean, with moderate to fresh trades cover the northwestern Caribbean. No deep convection is occurring over the basin, with mainly scattered showers in the trades over the central and eastern Caribbean. Little change is expected over the next 24 hours.
