Skies will be mostly sunny. Winds will be easterly in direction at 15 mph or less. Seas will be calm to moderate at 1 ft. to 3 ft. or less. The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 78°F to 80°F or 25ºC to 26ºC.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th.
2. Gulf of Mexico - A stationary front from northern Cuba to 25N95W will dissipate later today. Fresh to strong southerly return flow will develop in the NW Gulf tonight through Sat night ahead of a cold front that will move into the NW Gulf early Sun. The cold front will reach from the Florida Panhandle to the SW Gulf Sun night and stall from central Florida to the Bay of Campeche, Mexico Mon night. Gale conditions are likely behind the front Sun...and S of 25N W of 94W Sun night through Tue.
3. Caribbean Sea - High pressure building N of the area this weekend will increase winds and seas over forecast waters. Winds will approach gale force near the coast of Colombia Sun night.
3a. The Caribbean basin remains relatively tranquil overall this morning with only a few isolated showers and tstms occurring across the western Caribbean S of 17N between 80W-85W. Otherwise...shallow moisture and cloudiness within moderate to fresh trades prevails. Slightly stronger trades are forecast within close proximity to the coast of Colombia pulsing higher in the late overnight and early morning hours through Saturday. By Saturday...strong high pressure is expected to be anchored to the N across the SW North Atlantic region increasing trades into fresh to strong breeze levels the remainder of the weekend into early next week.
2. Gulf of Mexico - A stationary front from northern Cuba to 25N95W will dissipate later today. Fresh to strong southerly return flow will develop in the NW Gulf tonight through Sat night ahead of a cold front that will move into the NW Gulf early Sun.
