Again today, skies will be partly sunny. Seas will be moderate to calm at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be light and mostly ESE in direction, this morning at 5 mph or less; increasing to 10 to 12 mph from the NE this afternoon and evening.
A tropical wave in the Western Caribbean Sea, extends from 12N86W to 16N87W and is moving W at 5 kt.
There is a very slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 84°F to 86ºF or 28ºC to 29ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
A cold front is forecast to move off the Texas coast today. The cold front will reach from SE Louisiana to south Texas by early Thursday and from the Florida Panhandle to south Texas by early Friday. Then on Saturday, it will reach from Florida Big Bend to south Texas.
There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic this morning.
The SAL, has decreased slightly in area and density in the last 24 hours. See Figs. 9 and 9a at http://roatanweather.blogspot.com/
