Today, skies will be mostly sunny. Seas
will be rough at 2 to 4 feet or higher. Winds will be ESE in
direction at 10 mph to 15 mph this morning. They will be ENE this
afternoon and evening, increasing to 20 mph to 25 mph in strength.
These wind and sea conditions will continue through tomorrow.
Expect moderate winds and seas Tuesday
through Saturday morning.
Divers should exercise caution
exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives.
A stationary front extends from Florida
to NE Mexico. A second cold front will move off Texas coast early
Monday with gale force winds W of 94W and reach from central Florida
to the Yucatan Peninsula early Tuesday and than move SE of the area
Tuesday night. A third cold front moves into the Gulf of Mexico
Wednesday.
The air temperatures will range from
the mid 70s (ºF) to the low 80s (ºF) or 21ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 78 to 79ºF
or 25 to 26ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
