Today, skies will be mostly sunny. Seas
will be rough at 2 to 4 feet or higher. Winds will be ESE in
direction at 15 mph to 20 mph this morning. They will be ENE this
afternoon and evening, increasing to 15 mph to 30 mph in strength.
Expect these wind and sea conditions through Monday.
Divers should exercise caution
exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives.
A cold front will move off the Texas
coast tonight, then stall briefly from the Mississippi delta to NE
Mexico Friday. It will move SE again Friday night reaching from
Florida Big Bend to Bay of Campeche, Mexico late Saturday. Another
cold front will move off the Texas coast Sunday night and reach from
Florida Panhandle to Bay of Campeche, Mexico by late Monday.
The air temperatures will range from
the mid 70s (ºF) to the low 80s (ºF) or 21ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 78 to 79ºF
or 25 to 26ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
