Since I write and post early in the day and generally do not update the page until the next morning; by clicking on the link, it allows you, the viewer, to get the latest information.

Again today, skies will be mostly
sunny. Seas will be calm at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be ESE in
direction at 5 mph to 15 mph this morning. Expect light, variable
winds 10 mph or less this afternoon and evening.
This morning, a cold front extends from
SW Florida to the W Bay of Campeche. See Figs 3 and 4. The front will stall over the
far SE Gulf of Mexico this morning through Friday. A reinforcing cold
front will enter the N Gulf of Mexico late Friday night merging with
the old front. The new front will rapidly move through the Gulf of
Mexico...pushing into the NW Caribbean Saturday. The front will
extend from the Windward Passage to eastern Honduras Sunday morning
where it will stall and dissipate through Monday.
The air temperatures will range from
the mid 70s (ºF) to the low 80s (ºF) or 21ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 78 to 79ºF
or 25 to 26ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
