Again today, skies will be partly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be moderate to calm at 1 to 3 feet or less. Winds will be light and mostly northerly in direction at 5 to 10 mph or less.
There is a chance of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms throughout the day.
The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (ºF) to the low 80s (ºF) or 24ºC to 30ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 83 to 84ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
Invest 99L is now TS Sandy and moving slowly N-NE. This morning, it was located about 560 miles ESE of us. Maximum sustained winds were 45 mph. The barometric pressure has fallen to 1003mb. There is better consensus among computers model that this system will continue to track north. It is expected to become a hurricane later today.
Interests in the Bay Islands and on the north coast of Honduras should continue to monitor this system.
Invest 90L has strengthened into TD19 over night. This system is expected to become a tropical storm today as it continues to move NNE.
