Again today, skies will be partly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be calm at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be light and mostly W to WNW in direction at 1 to 15 mph.
There is a slight chance of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in the early morning, late evening hours.
A
cold front will move SE across the northern Gulf of Mexico later
today and reach from near Fort Myers, Florida to Corpus Christi,
Texas by Tuesday evening where it will stall and gradually dissipate.
A stronger front will move off the Texas coast early Thursday and
reach from Cedar Key, Florida to north of Tampico, Mexico by Friday
morning.
The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 26ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 83 to 84ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
TS Rafael is still moving northwestward. A tropical storm watch is in effect for Bermuda. Rafael is expected to become a hurricane later today.
