Today, skies will be mostly sunny. Winds will be 5 to 15 mph from the ESE. The seas will be 1 to 4 feet. Winds have resumed their normal, diurnal, easterly air flow.

A weak cold front is forecast to enter the Gulf of Mexico today. It will push E and dissipate by Thursday. A second cold front will enter the NW Gulf on Thursday. It will move SE out of the Gulf and into the NW Caribbean by Saturday.

The air temperatures will be in the low 70s (F) to the low 80s or 24 to 25 (C). Wind chill, may make it feel like the mid to high 60s, as water at depth, will feel warmer then the air at the surface.
