Again today, skies will be mostly sunny. Winds will be diurnal and easterly at 15 to 20 mph. The seas will be 2 to 4 feet. Occasionally, both wind and seas will be higher. Wind and seas will begin to decrease on Saturday and Sunday in advance of the approaching cold front.

Late Friday, a cold front moved off the Texas coast. There are strong north winds behind the front. It will reach from Mobile Bay, AL to Vera Cruz, Mexico by late Saturday. And by late Sunday, it will lie from Big Bend, FL to the Bay of Campeche. It is expected to stall out and start to dissipate by late Monday.
