Today the remnants of the cold front are on a line from the Miskitia to Eastern Cuba. It is nearly stationary and is dissipating. Northerly winds will continue today. Intermittent rain squalls are possible.
Skies will be partly cloudy. Winds will be northerly at 5 to 15 mph. The seas will be 2 to 4 feet. Winds and seas will continue to diminish over the weekend. Another cold front is now expected to enter the Gulf of Mexico on Sunday and reach the NW Caribbean Sea by late Tuesday or early Wednesday.
