Skies will be partly sunny. Winds will be light and westerly in direction at 5 mph to 15 mph or less. There is a very slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially during the morning hours.
Seas will be  moderate to calm at 1 to 3 ft. or less.  The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 27ºC.



The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:1. Gulf of Mexico - A NW to SE orientated surface trough will meander across the far SW Gulf waters through Wed night with a surface low developing intermittently along the trough. High pressure will dominate the remainder of the Gulf of Mexico through Wed night.
2. Caribbean Sea - A broad area of low pressure will persist across the SW Caribbean through Wed night. Large N swell will move S into the tropical waters NE of the Leewards on Mon...and propagate S through the NE Caribbean passages on Tue and reach the N coast of S America early Wed.
3. ...Special Features...
3a. The center of Tropical Storm Nicole at 15/0300 UTC is near 37.4N 53.3W. Nicole is moving toward the ENE, or 65 degrees, 14 knots. The estimated minimum central pressure is 978 mb. The maximum sustained wind speeds are 60 knots with gusts to 75 knots. Convective precipitation: scattered strong from 39N to 40N between 52W and 54W.
4. ...Tropical Waves...
4a. An Atlantic Ocean tropical wave is along 26W/27W from 17N southward, moving westward 10 to 15 knots. Convective precipitation: widely scattered moderate to isolated strong from 07N to 10N between 24W and 30W. It is possible that the precipitation may be more related to the monsoon trough.
4b. A Caribbean Sea tropical wave along 78W/79W from 16N southward, moving westward 15 knots. The wave is to the south of Jamaica. The wave is moving into the area of an upper level trough that is along 81W. Convective precipitation: isolated moderate in the area of the trough and the cyclonic wind flow from the upper level trough.
