The Tropical Weather OutlookFor the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. A stalled cold front lies just offshore of the Texas coast. The front will start to move across the northern Gulf of Mexico by mid week...reaching from the Florida Big Bend to NE Mexico Wed...and from central Florida to 22N94W to the Bay of Campeche, Mexico Thu.
2. Fresh trade winds will persist over the SE and S central Caribbean through the middle of next week between high pressure over the N central Atlantic and a broad trough over the central Caribbean.
3. Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

4. The SAL has decreased in area and in density.
