Friday, November 13, 2015Skies will be partly cloudy with a chance of rain. Winds will be variable in direction at 10 mph or less this morning; increasing to 15 mph to 20 mph this afternoon and evening. Seas will be calm to choppy at 1 ft to 4 ft.
The air temperatures will range from the low to high 80sºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 84°F to 87°F or 29ºC to 31ºC.

The Tropical Weather OutlookFor the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. A cold front extending from the Florida Big Bend through 27N90W to Tampico, Mexico will move SE and extend from 27N82W to 24N96W to 19N95W this evening...then will begin to stall and weaken from extreme S Florida to 22N96W to 18N95W Sat through Sun. Strong high pressure behind the front will produce fresh to strong winds N of the front through Sun. Return flow will dominate the northern Gulf of Mexico Mon and Tue in advance of the next front slated to move off Texas by Tue night.
2. A tropical wave in the far SW Caribbean will move west of the area later today and tonight. High pressure N of the area will maintain fresh to strong trade across mainly the S central Caribbean today...winds expand Sat through Mon. Trades diminish in area Tue.
3. Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
4. The SAL has increased slightly in area and density.
