This morning, a frontal trough which extends from the Bahamian Channel to the Yucatan Peninsula, dominates our weather.

During the day, winds will be light and variable from the N to NE at 10 to 15 mph or less. Later this afternoon and evening, winds will increase to 15 to 20 mph or higher.

Again today, skies will be sunny with some high level cloudiness. The seas remain choppy at 2 to 4 feet in height.
The next cold front is expected to move off the Texas coast early on Friday. It will move SE across the gulf and dissipate on Sunday.

The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (F) to the mid to high 80s or 27 to 29 (C).
