Skies will be mostly sunny and clear. Winds will be light and variable in direction at 10 mph or less. Seas will be  calm at 1 ft. to 3 ft. The air temperatures will range from the mid 70sºF to the mid 80s ºF or 22°C to 24ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 79°F to 81°F or 26ºC to 27ºC.






The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th.
2. Gulf of Mexico - A cold front extending from near Naples, Florida SW to the eastern Bay of Campeche, Mexico will exit the area this morning. High pressure will build in the wake of the front. Low pressure over Texas will extend a warm front across the central and E Gulf Fri night into Sat...lifting N of the area late Sat in advance of a weak cold front that may move across the eastern Gulf Sat night through Sun. Low pressure with an associated cold front may move into the western Gulf early next week.
3. Caribbean Sea - NW to N swell propagating through the northern and central tropical N Atlanticc waters will reach the southern tropical N Atlantic by tonight and gradually subside through Sat. A weakening cold front will move into the NW Caribbean this morning...then gradually dissipate through Fri evening. Otherwise...fresh trades will persist near the NW coast of Colombia increasing to fresh to strong at night beginning Fri night...except to near gale force late Sat night. Easterly flow will briefly increase to fresh to strong in the Gulf of Honduras at night beginning Fri through Sun. These winds develop again Mon and Tue night...but over a large area in the Gulf of Honduras.
3a. Broad upper level anticyclonic wind flow spans the entire Caribbean Sea. High level clouds are moving through the NW corner, across the Greater Antilles, and moving from South America into the eastern half of the Caribbean Sea. Comparatively drier air in subsidence is apparent in water vapor imagery elsewhere across the area. Rainshowers are possible across the area, in areas of broken low level clouds. 24-HOUR rainfall amounts, for the period ending at 16/0000 UTC... according to the PAN AMERICAN TEMPERATURE AND PRECIPITATION TABLES...MIATPTPAN/SXCA01 KNHC...are: 0.01 in Guadeloupe.
