Skies will be partly sunny. Winds will be easterly in direction at 5 mph to 20 mph or higher. Seas will be  moderate to rough  at 2 ft to 4 ft or higher. There is a very slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially during the early morning, late night hours, through Friday.
The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 27ºC.



The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:1. Gulf of Mexico - High pres over the northern waters will change little through Sun. A thermal trough will move westward off the Yucatan Peninsula each evening...and move across the eastern part of the SW Gulf during the overnight hours and dissipate in the early mornings.
2. Caribbean Sea - A tropical wave along 82W will move across the rest of the W Caribbean through tonight. Scattered to numerous squalls and TSTMS E of the wave to 79W will continue to spread westward through at least Thu night. Fresh to strong trades over the eastern and central Caribbean waters will expand westward today and tonight...then begin to decrease in coverage on Thu. Some increase is expected with these trades on Fri before decreasing late on Fri.
3. Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
4. Tropical waves...
4a. Tropical wave in the central Tropical Atlantic extends along 40W/41W from 4N-10N moving west near 10 kt over the past 24 hours. Wave is embedded within a surge of moisture as seen on the SSMI Total Precipitable Water imagery. Clusters of scattered moderate convection are from 8N-10N between 38W-45W.
4b. Tropical wave in the west Tropical Atlantic extends along 51W/52W from 3N-10N moving west near 10 kt over the past 24 hours. Wave is embedded within a surge of moisture as seen on the SSMI Total Precipitable Water imagery. Scattered moderate convection is from 7N-10N between 45W-61W.
4c. Tropical wave is in the Caribbean extending along 79W/80W from 19N to over Panama moving west 15 to 20 kt over the past 24 hours. Wave coincides with a 700 mb trough noted in the global models and is embedded within a broad area of moisture as seen on the SSMI Total Precipitable Water imagery. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms within 120 nm on both sides of the trough axis.
