Again today, skies will be partly cloudy. Seas will be calm at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be mostly easterly in direction at 10 mph or less mph this morning; increasing to 15 mph this afternoon and evening. There is a slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms. A weak cold front will stall in the NW and N central Gulf of Mexico coastal waters through Monday...becoming diffuse and dissipating by mid week.
The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 81°F to 82ºF or 26ºC to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.










The Tropical Weather Outlook
A tropical wave near 83W will weaken as it continues W...slowing down as it moves over Central America and the NW Caribbean through tonight. Another tropical wave extending from the Anegada Passage to near 10N66W will shift W across the E Caribbean through tonight...central Caribbean Monday...and through the W Caribbean Tuesday and Wednesday. A third tropical wave will approach the tropical N Atlantic zones Thursday. The probability, of any of these systems to develop into tropical storms is low.
The Saharan Air Layer (SAL) appears to have increased slightly in both size and intensity.
Else where, tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 48 hours.
