Since I write and post early in the day and generally do not update the page until the next morning; by clicking on the link, it allows you, the viewer, to get the latest information.

Today, skies will be partly cloudy. Seas will be rough at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be ESE in direction at 10 mph to 15 mph this morning; increasing to 25 mph to 30 mph this afternoon and evening.

The broad area of thunderstorms associated with TD 2 will continue to shift W across the

western Caribbean waters through early Wednesday. There is a chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms.

The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.

Ocean water temperatures are 81°F to 82ºF or 26ºC to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook

Another tropical wave in the SE Caribbean will move quickly west and reach near 70W this

evening. It will be near 80W by Thursday evening and into Central America by late Friday.

Else where, tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 48 hours.
