Today, skies will be partly cloudy.
Seas will be choppy at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be easterly in
direction at 10 to 15 mph during the morning; increasing to 15 to 25
mph during the afternoon and evening hours. There is a slight chance
of scattered showers. Expect
wind and sea conditions to be moderate to fresh in strength through
early Sunday.
This morning, a frontal boundary
extends from Fort Myers Florida to the Bay of Campeche. The boundary
will meander across the Gulf of Mexico waters through Saturday.
Another cold front will enter the Gulf
of Mexico on Monday. A second cold front follows on Tuesday.
Expect moderate to light, winds and
seas, Sunday through Tuesday mornings.
The air temperatures will range from
the low 70s (ºF) to the low 80s (ºF) or 21ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 79 to 80ºF
or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
