Skies will be partly cloudy. Winds will be moderate and easterly in direction at 10 mph to15 mph this morning; increasing to 15 mph to 25 mph this afternoon and evening. Seas will be choppy at 2 ft to 4ft.
The air temperatures will range from the low to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 28ºC.
There is a chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms this evening. Expect increasing cloudiness and scattered rain with the passage of a tropical wave through tomorrow.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. Fresh to strong trade winds will persist across the central Caribbean through early Wed as high pres remains N of area...then will diminish as the high pres shifts SE and weakens. A tropical wave along 81W will move W and across the W Caribbean through Wed. A second tropical wave along 62W-63W will move through the E Caribbean today...across the central Caribbean tonight and Wed...then across the W Caribbean Wed night through Fri.
2. TS Fred continuing to move farther away from the northwestern Cape Verde Islands. Currently this system does not pose a threat to the Bay Islands and north coast of Honduras.
3. The Saharan Air Layer (SAL) has decreased slightly in area.
