Skies will be partly sunny. Winds will be easterly in direction at 10 mph to 15 mph this morning; increasing to 20 mph  this afternoon and evening or higher. Seas will be moderate at 2 ft to 4 ft.. Expect moderate winds and seas through most of next week.  Expect increasing cloudiness and intermittent rain with the passage of a tropical wave later today through Thursday
The air temperatures will range from the low to high 80s (ºF) or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 28ºC. Visibility is 20 to 80 ft.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. Trade winds will continue to increase over much of the central and eastern Caribbean through Wed as a tropical wave presently enters the eastern part of the western Caribbean and Atlantic high pressure building SW toward the E Caribbean in its wake. The wave will move into the NW Caribbean Tue through Wed and stall. The wave will then lift NE as a broad trough approaches the far SE Gulf of Mexico Thu.
2. An Atlantic ocean tropical wave is along 42W/43W from 10N southward...moving westward 15 kt. Convective precipitation... scattered strong in the ITCZ from 4N to 6N between 40W and 44W.
3. A Caribbean Sea tropical wave is along 79W/80W from 18N southward...moving westward 15 kt. No significant deep convective precipitation is apparent.
4.Tropical cyclone formation is not expected in the next 24 to 48 hours.
