Today, skies will be mostly sunny. This morning, winds will be easterly in direction at 10 mph to 15 mph or higher; increasing to 15 mph to 25 mph or higher this afternoon and evening. Seas will be rough at 2 ft to 4 ft or higher. Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives. Expect winds and seas to increase slight starting Wednesday. There is a chance of rain Wednesday through Friday.
The air temperatures will range from the low to high 80s (ºF) or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 28ºC. Visibility is 20 to 80 ft.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. Synopsis...trades diminishing slightly today ahead of a tropical wave across the E Caribbean. This strong tropical wave along 66W will reach 70W early tonight...76W Tue evening...and cross 80W by Wed evening. Squalls and tstorms behind this wave will shift NW across the Leeward Islands and adjacent Atlantic and NE Caribbean today through early Tue. The next tropical wave will move across the tropical N Atlantic Tue...the E Caribbean Tue night and Wed...and into the central Caribbean Thu. A third tropical wave will move through the tropical N Atlantic waters on Thu.
2. There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time.
3. The Saharan Air Layer (SAL) has changed in density and area.
