Today, skies will be mostly cloudy.
There is a chance of scattered, intermittent rain associated with the
cold front drifting in from the northwest. Winds will be ESE in
direction at 10 mph or less during the day; increasing to 15 mph from
the ENE to E this afternoon and evening. Seas
will be calm at 1 to 3 feet.

The cold front, in the Gulf of Mexico
reaches from the South Florida to the Yucatan Peninsula. It has
weaken and become nearly stationary. It will continue to drift SE and
stall across the Yucatan Basin on Saturday night. Then dissipate
through Sunday.
The air temperatures will range from
the low to mid 70s (ºF) to the low to mid 80s (ºF) or 24ºC to
26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to
82°F or 24ºC to 25ºC. Visibility is 20 to 80 ft.
The SAL (Saharan Air Layer) has changed in area and in density. See Figs. 17 and 18 below.
