Today, skies will be mostly sunny. Seas will be choppy to rough at 2 to 4 feet or higher. This morning, winds will be ESE in direction at 15 mph to 20 mph. They will become more easterly this afternoon and evening at 15 mph to 25 mph.

The next cold front will reach NW Gulf coast tonight and extend from the Florida Panhandle to the central Mexican coast late Sunday. It will reach from the Straits of Florida to the central Bay of Campeche by late Monday.

Fresh to strong S to SE winds will develop in NW Caribbean...including the Gulf of Honduras and Yucatan Channel. Winds will weaken across most of the basin Monday through Wednesday as a new cold front sinks slowly S across Yucatan Channel Tuesday then stalls from E Cuba to Belize late Wednesday.

The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (ºF) to the high 80s (ºF) or 25ºC to 31ºC.

Ocean water temperatures are 77 to 79ºF or 25 to 26ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
