Today, skies will be partly cloudy.
Seas will be choppy at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be NE at 15 to 20 mph.
Divers should exercise caution exiting
and entering the boats.
This morning, the cold front is SE of
Roatan. There still are strong NE winds, along and behind the front.
It will continue to dissipate.
The next cold front is forecast to
enter the Gulf of Mexico late Tuesday. It will reach from the Florida
Panhandle to the Western Bay of Campeche, Mexico by Wednesday. It will reach the Bay Islands by Thur. 121227. See Fig. 12
The air temperatures will range from
the low 70s (ºF) to the low 80s (ºF) or 21ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 79 to 80ºF
or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
