Again, today skies will be mostly sunny with some mid to high level cloudiness possible. Winds will be E to SE at 10 to 15 mph. The seas will be 2 to 4 feet in height. Winds and seas will decrease later today with the approaching cold front. Winds will resume their normal easterly flow by late Saturday.

Early this morning the cold front, which moved off the Texas coast yesterday, extends from the Florida Panhandle to the Bay of Campeche. This afternoon, it will reach from Tampa Bay to the Yucatan peninsula. By Friday, it will be on a line from east central Cuba to northern Belize and then begin to dissipate as it moves SE towards us.
Winds ahead and behind this front are gale force and strong at 20 to 25 mph. Intermittent
rain may occur as this front passes and dissipates.

The air temperatures will be in the high 70s (F) to the high 80s or 24 to 27 (C).
