Today, skies will be partly sunny. This morning, winds will be easterly in direction at 10 mph to 15 mph or higher; increasing to 15 mph to 30 mph this afternoon and evening or higher.  Seas will be rough at 2 ft to 4 ft or higher. Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives.  There is a very slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially during the early morning, late night hours.
The air temperatures will range from the low to high 80s (ºF) or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 28ºC. Visibility is 20 to 80 ft.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. Synopsis...strong trades will continue primarily across the central Caribbean...with minimal gale force winds along the NW coast of Colombia expected to diminish today. A tropical wave along 88W will move through the Gulf of Honduras today. A second tropical wave along 61W will reach the central Caribbean by tonight and pass W of the area Wed night. A third tropical wave along 52W will reach the tropical N Atlantic later today...move into the central Caribbean by Tue night and pass W of the area Thu night.
2. There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time.
3. The Saharan Air Layer (SAL) has changed very slightly in density and area.
