Today,

will be partly cloudy.
Seas
will be choppy to rough at 2 to 4 feet.
Winds will be fresh and E to ESE in direction, this morning, at 15
mph to 20 mph; increasing this afternoon and evening to 20 mph to 25
mph and gusting higher. In the afternoon, winds will be ENE to E in
direction. Winds and seas will begin to moderate starting Tuesday.
There is a slight chance of scattered
rain showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Divers
should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on
the afternoon dives.
The air temperatures will range from
the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean
water temperatures are 82°F
to 84ºF or 27ºC
to 28ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
Dorian has weakened into a post-tropical cyclone off the coast of
North Carolina. It is moving N at 15 mph. It is given 0% or near 0%
chance of forming into a tropical cyclone in the next 2 to 5 days.
A weak tropical wave will approach the Leeward Islands Tuesday
night...moving across the eastern Caribbean Wednesday and Thursday.
Else
where, tropical cyclone formation
is not expected during the next 48 hours.
The SAL remains relatively constant in
terms of area covered. But it has increased in density over the
Caribbean and decreased in density over the tropical Atlantic.
