Again today, skies will be mostly sunny. At times, there maybe a smoky haze in the atmosphere caused by the combination of smoke, from the slash and burn agricultural practices used in Central America, and airborne salt particles. Seas will be moderate at 1 to 4 feet. Winds will be light and variable in direction during the day at 10 mph or less; increasing to 15 mph from the E this evening.

A stationary front from SW Florida to the Yucatan Peninsula will dissipate today. Another cold front is expected to move into the NW Gulf of Mexico Wednesday where it will stall by Thursday.

High pressure NE of the Caribbean will maintain moderate to fresh trade winds across the region through Wednesday.

The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (ºF) to the high 80s (ºF) or 25ºC to 31ºC.

Ocean water temperatures are 79 to 81ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
