Skies will be mostly cloudy. Winds will be north-westerly in direction at 15 mph to40 mph today Seas will be calm tochoppy at 1 ft to 4 ft. or higher.m There is a chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms.
The air temperatures will range from the low 70sºF to mid 80s ºF or 25°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 78°F to 82°F or 25ºC to 27ºC.
The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. A cold front will sweep across the Gulf of Mexico through tonight followed briefly by fresh to strong northerly winds. Another cold front will move across the basin Mon with fresh to strong northerly flow behind it. Conditions will improve Wed as high pressure builds in from the NW.
2. A stationary front extends from W Cuba to the Gulf of Honduras. A reinforcing cold front will merge with the old front late tonight...reaching from the Windward Passage to Nicaragua Sun night...then stalling from Haiti to NE Costa Rica by Mon morning where it will gradually wash out through mid week. Fresh to strong northerly winds will follow the merged front...with the strongest winds offshore of Nicaragua Tue through Wed.
