Skies will be mostly sunny. Winds will be mostly easterly in direction at 10 mph or less. Seas will be moderate to choppy at 1 ft to 3 ft. There is a very slight chance of scattered rain showers .

The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to mid 80s ºF or 25°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 78°F to 82°F or 25ºC to 27ºC.

The Tropical Weather Outlook

For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: 

1. A cold front is expected to move into the NW Gulf of Mexico Fri night...reach from New Orleans to the Bay of Campeche late Sat...then stall from Tampa, FL to Yucatan Peninsula Sun night. 

2. A stationary front from E Cuba to N Honduras will weaken today...then dissipate tonight. Gentle to moderate trade winds expected across most of the region through the weekend.

3. The SAL has increased slightly in area and in density.
