will be partly sunny. Today, winds will be northwesterly in
direction at 10 mph to 20 mph. Seas
will be choppy to rough at 2 to 4 feet or higher. Expect increasing
cloudiness with a chance of rain later today.

For the North
Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. A weak cold front will drop
into the Gulf of Mexico
Thu night...stalling and dissipating along 28N through Fri.
2. A trough from
eastern Cuba to 16N80W will dissipate this morning. A weak cold
front from central Cuba to the northern Yucatan Peninsula will
dissipate this afternoon.
