Today, skies will be mostly cloudy. Seas will be calm to choppy at 1 to 4 feet. Winds will be light and mostly north to northwesterly in direction at 10 to 20 mph.
There is a continuing chance of intermittent, heavy showers and thunderstorms, as a cold front moves into NW Caribbean Sea today.
This morning, the cold front in the Gulf of Mexico reaches from the Florida Straits to the central Gulf of Mexico. It is expected to stall and to begin to dissipate on a line from the Windward Passage to E. Honduras on Friday.
The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (ºF) to the low 80s (ºF) or 24ºC to 30ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 83 to 84ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
In the eastern tropical Atlantic there is convective precipitation...scattered strong from 5N to 6N between 22W and 24W...and from 6N to 9N between 41W and 49W...isolated moderate is elsewhere to the south of 11N between Africa and 60W.

There are no tropical cyclones at this time.
