Today,
skies will be partly sunny with mid to high level clouds. Seas will
be choppy at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be moderate to fresh,
from
the ESE to ENE, at 10 to 25 mph.
There
is a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms.

The
Tropical Weather Outlook
A
tropical wave is along 22N63W in the Atlantic ocean...just to the
east of Puerto Rico...to Bonaire in the Netherlands Antilles and
southeastern part of the Caribbean Sea. See Fig 4 above.
Else
where, tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 48
hours.
